Terms of Service

Welcome to ProxyMap. These Terms govern your use of our platform at proxymap.tech. By creating an account you accept these Terms in full.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract in your jurisdiction. One person, one account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe.

2. Acceptable use

• Treat other members with respect. Harassment, threats, hate speech, and doxxing are grounds for immediate removal.
• Do not upload content that is illegal, impersonates another person, or that you do not have the right to share.
• Do not attempt to scrape, reverse engineer, or interfere with the Service.
• Do not create fake or duplicate accounts.

3. Verification

To maintain trust, we may ask you to verify your identity via selfie or government-issued ID. Accounts that cannot be verified may be limited or suspended.

4. Content you post

You retain ownership of the content you upload. By posting it, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to store, display, and transmit the content strictly for the purpose of operating the Service. We do not use your content for advertising or marketing without explicit consent.

You are solely responsible for the content you post and must ensure it complies with all applicable laws and our Acceptable Use policy.

5. Platform credits

Some features may require the purchase of non-refundable platform credits. Credits have no cash value outside the Service. They cannot be transferred, resold, or exchanged, except as expressly allowed in-app. Unused credits expire 12 months after purchase.

6. Subscriptions

Optional subscriptions renew automatically on the date of purchase each period. You may cancel at any time from Settings; access continues until the end of the paid period. No refunds for unused time.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse other members, or pose security or legal risk to the Service. You may delete your account at any time from Settings.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and are not liable for losses caused by third parties, connectivity issues, or user behavior.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Mexico, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Mexico City unless your local consumer-protection law requires otherwise.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced at least 14 days before taking effect via email or in-app notice.
